Return / Exchange Requirements

Time Limit

Return/Exchange requests must be made immediately after the installation in front of our delivery team. Because once it is properly installed, it will start purifying the water automatically directly & instantly from the tap. Therefore, there is nothing to return or exchange after proper installation.

Packaging

Items with any quality issue (defective or damaged) must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please contact the customer service representative before you return or courier the package. You could reach us via our hotline number: 01780224422 (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday -  Thursday)

Postage

We will cover return postage for defective or damaged products. Please contact our customer service representative and ask for a pre-paid return.

***Please be noted for items without any quality issue, you have to pay for the return postage.

Return Process:

Step 1: Contact customer service representative to initiate a return. Please provide us with the following information:

A. Order details

B. Return or exchange reason

C. Description of the issue (for quality issues only ex. damaged or defective products)

D. Pictures if applicable (for quality issues only ex. damaged or defective products)

Customer Service Representative will reply to you within 24 hours and offer you a proper solution.

Step 2: Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail the package to the following address:

Refund / Exchange Policy

In case of a return (only for damaged or defective products), the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned are verified by us. After verifying and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange ASAP. Please allow 7-10 business days of processing time.

We will notify you when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on the mode of payment. The payment is dependent on the payment gateway and please refer to detailed T&C from the payment gateway.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – The amount will be transferred to the digital mode of your choice by the executive once the contents of the returned package are verified. Please call to our customer service representative for any issues related to refund via COD at 01780224422 (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday - Thursday)
